The Best Match Campaign (“Campaign”) is offered by Metadee Concept Hotel to provide guests with the best available rates when booking directly through our website, www.metadeephuket.com. If a lower rate is found on another booking channel, we will match that rate and offer additional discounts on Food & Beverage (F&B) and spa experiences.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for the rate match and additional discounts, the following conditions must be met:
– The lower rate found must be on a third-party booking channel and must be lower than the rate listed on www.metadeephuket.com at the time of booking.
– The competing rate must include all applicable taxes and service charges.
– The booking conditions, including booking periods, booking dates, room type, benefits, and packages, must be identical to those on our website.

3. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim, you must:
– Take a screenshot of the lower rate found on the competing booking channel. The screenshot must clearly show the total price, including taxes and service charges, and the booking conditions (booking periods, booking dates, room type, and any included benefits or packages).
– Provide a direct link to the page displaying the lower rate.
– Email the screenshot and link to rsvn@metadeephuket.com **before completing your booking**.

4. Rate Match and Additional Discounts
Upon verification of your claim and eligibility:
– Metadee Concept Hotel will match the lower rate.
– You will also receive a 10% discount on Food & Beverage (F&B) purchases during your stay.
– Additionally, you will receive a 20% discount on spa experiences at our hotel.

5. Verification and Response
Our team will verify the claim and eligibility within 48 hours. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the adjusted rate and details of your F&B and spa discounts.

6. General Conditions
– The Best Match Campaign applies only to bookings made directly through www.metadeephuket.com.
– This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
– The Campaign is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
– Metadee Concept Hotel’s decision regarding the eligibility of claims is final and binding.
